We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service to you.

that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including
information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are
installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the
individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the site and information about how you interact with the Site so that we can continue to improve our site and services for customers. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We refer payment information to third-party services for processing and we don’t store your credit card or PayPal details. Credit card transactions are via PayPal and you can view the privacy policies for each of these providers through their own websites.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site
(including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping/emailing your order, and
providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order

unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal
information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact

may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

By purchasing our designs, artwork or services, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell,
resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact
on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services
for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for
resupply (whether in trade or otherwise), if you would like to purchase artworks for resupply, please
fill in the form to enquire about wholesale and retail options.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the
authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is
not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.


Delivery and delivery charges
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

All our items are printed to order, which means there is no wasted unsold stock going to landfill, but it also means there is a delay in shipping your product to you while it is being printed. Most items are printed and despatched within a week. 

We collaborate with several different partners to produce our products, so shipping times and prices varies from product to product and we also ship internationally, which also makes shipping times variable, we always aim to have your item to you within 4 weeks.

Art Prints, Greeting Cards, books and calendars are printed locally and shipped from Nelson, NZ.

Clothing, tea towels and tote bags are printed and shipped from the Bay of Plenty, NZ.

Everything else is printed and shipped from outside New Zealand.

After you have added your items to your cart, you can get a shipping estimate of costs.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

Our return/refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of

common law will not apply and are excluded from these terms of trade.

We will always endeavour to have complete and accurate information on our website but to the
greatest extent permissible by law we assume no responsibility for the completeness and current
accuracy of the information provided on our website.

To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim
except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer,
employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services
under any agreement you have with us. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay
you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or
delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us.
This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This
exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act

Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services
supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or
damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
