Who is Lesh?
Our collaboration began with a shared passion for art and design, and a desire to create something truly unique and special. We wanted to combine our individual styles and techniques to create something that would showcase our creativity and talent. While also providing our customers with something truly one-of-a-kind.
Lesh Creates is a talented illustrator based in Wellington, New Zealand. Who specializes in creating intricate and detailed illustrations that are both beautiful and captivating. Her work is inspired by the natural world. And she often incorporates elements of flora and fauna into her designs.
Penny Royal Design, on the other hand, is based in Nelson, New Zealand. And specializes in creating hand-drawn illustrations that are both whimsical and charming. Her work is often inspired by the natural world as well. She has a particular affinity for creating illustrations of animals and plants.
Together, we combined our unique styles and techniques to create a series of collaboration tees that are truly one-of-a-kind. Each tee features a different illustration that we created together. Blending our individual styles and techniques to create something truly special.
The Tees
The ‘Kaka + Manuka’ tee features a beautiful illustration of a kaka bird perched on a branch of manuka flowers. While the ‘Bumble Bee + Hector’s Daisy’ tee showcases a charming illustration of a bumblebee hovering over a Hector’s daisy. The ‘Ruru + Rautini’ tee features a stunning illustration of a ruru owl perched on a branch of rautini leaves, while the ‘Red Admiral + Ngaio’ tee showcases a beautiful illustration of a red admiral butterfly resting on a ngaio leaf.
